Transition Team Final Report will be presented Sunday, June 29th at 9:20 a.m. in the church basement.

Please join us Sunday morning as the Transition Team completes their work with Pastor Schlechte and presents their recommendations for Gethsemane's future.

There will also be an opportunity to express your opinion on what kind of pastor we should call to lead us.

 

 

Missionary of the month
Larry & Mae Johnson in Liberia and Sierra Leone. The Johnsons first went to Liberia in 1973 to work with the Kisi people as Bible translators. Since the Kisi New Testament was completed in 1989, their work has expanded to include working with the Kisi Old Testament translation and other translation projects in Liberia and Sierra Leone. Please pray that God will continue to strengthen and guide the Johnsons so that they may continue to serve Him.

School Registration for 08/09 We are still accepting students for the 08/09 school year, however, many of our classes are filling up fast!

We have an outstanding Montessori Pre-School program and Traditional Kindergarten through Eighth Grade school.

Jesus, Our Forever Friend was this year's Vacation Bible School theme. June 23rd to June 27th. We had 110 kids participate and 50 volunteers.

Among other things, that means using all we are for every good work. Among other things, that means using all we are and have for God's purposes. That is at the heart of Christian stewardship.
