Sunday School is offered
for three years olds through 6th grade. The classes meet in various
school classrooms. The curriculum is “Growing In Christ”
and is published by Concordia Publishing House. There is related
music and activities to go along with the week’s Bible lesson.
Snacks are provided. 9:20 a.m. every Sunday
Sunday High School Bible Study
Study meets in the Youth Room in the church basement and is led
by Carl Kuehn. This is a topical study on matters relating to
being
a teenager in today’s society and it takes a look at issues
through a Biblical perspective. 9:20 a.m. every Sunday
Sunday Adult Bible Study
meets in the church basement is usually a historical study of one
of the books of the Bible. The Pastor or another lay leader leads
this weekly study. 9:20 a.m. every Sunday
Confirmation Class
is offered to 7th and 8th graders and meets in Mr. Meineke’s
classroom. This is a review and study of Luther’s Small Catechism
and the beliefs of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod in preparation
for Confirmation, which is held each May.

The Christ Care Group
meets Tuesday nights at 7:00 p.m. This group is dedicated to growing
spiritually through Bible study and by developing close relationships
with one another. The Christ Care Group also trains additional Bible
study leaders in hopes of multiplying the number of members involved
in regular Bible study.
Wednesday
Morning Adult Bible Class is offered the
2nd and 4th Sundays of each month, September through May, at 9:00
a.m. The current study is “Courageous Heroes of the Faith”,
with each week focusing on a different courageous hero from the
Bible.
